MiVoice Maintenance

The Annual Maintenance Agreement covers the repair or replacement costs of all of your telephone equipment, from the servers and various system cards, to the voice mail and stations. Plan is renewed annually.

Giobi Telecom offers clients two Maintenance Agreement Plan options for MiVoice Phone System from Mitel:

Plan A

  • 24/7/365 Service access
  • All Equipment listed per maintenance contract covered 24/7/365
  • All Labor
  • 10% discount on labor rates for all non-maintenance related services

Plan B

  • 24/7/365 Service access
  • All Equipment listed per maintenance contract covered 24/7/365
  • Standard Business day labor coverage – Monday to Friday Labor Coverage – 8:30am to 5:00pm
  • After hours labor is billed as usual per GIOBI standard after hour rates
  • 5% discount on labor rates for all non-maintenance related services
